1 As your selling agent, I commit to you my loyalty, obedience, full disclosure, confidentiality, reasonable diligence, accounting on all matters, and promise to keep your best interests in mind through the entire transaction. I understand that selling a home will be one of the largest transactions of your lifetime. Be smart, save your money! § Selling then buying Austin real estate: I offer a 1.5% listing for clients looking to list their current home and then purchase a new home if they use my services as their buying agent and selling agent.
§ US military service, teachers, nurses, midwives, police force, and firefighters: I offer a 1.5% listing fee for those selling their current home. The selfless jobs you do every day deserve a huge thank you.
§ Investors/Builders: If you have several properties to sell, I offer huge discounts for you. Please contact me directly and we can talk about what kind of savings I can offer you.

4 Before you list with me, we will meet for a pre-listing consultation to discuss the condition of your home and list price. I will provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on your property to determine the best list price. I will also continue to provide you with a CMA throughout the time your home is listed. I will represent all contractual negotiations from initial offer to closing, send weekly updates on showings and orchestrate the closing with the title company.
