Michelle was highly recommended by a close friend, and I am so thankful that she was.  This was our first home purchase and we knew VERY LITTLE about the home buying process.  Michelle walked us through what the process would look  like from beginning to end on our first meeting.  She was able to schedule house showings that fit within our chaotic schedules, and made it to every meeting with the builders from contract signing to walk-throughs.Michelle ALWAYS made us the PRIORITY throughout each step of the process.  First, at the home inspection,  Michelle asked the questions that I didn’t know to ask, leaving no questions unanswered.Then, during the final walk-through, the original build site manager tried to rush through and make excuses for incomplete items while avoiding taking accountability and seeming unwilling to uphold build expectations.  Michelle asked him if he would accept the imperfections if it were him buying this house.  When he tried to make me feel inadequate, she called the situation for what it was, and put the accountability back where it belonged, with the builder. She even did one more final walkthrough the morning of our closing to make sure everything was completed, and went on our behalf so that we wouldn’t be late getting to the Title Co.At closing, when being rushed though signing what seems like a hundred different documents,  Michelle interjected to explain important details that would save us time, money, and headaches in the future.Michelle took the lead in the home-buying process where we needed her to, while letting us discover what exactly what we wanted in our home and helping us to find it.  I can’t imagine having gone through this process without her by our side and feel blessed that she was.The gift to celebrate our closing couldn’t have come at a better time, and just shows her genuine excitement and dedication in helping others to find their perfect home.  I'm glad to know Michelle is our Realtor and will continue to guide us and educate us as homeowners.

In the exact words of my mother:"Micelle is AMAZING!! My son flew to TX from South Carolina. Planned on staying for one week to look at homes. He had another realtor and she took him to see 3 homes the day after he arrived. She had not made any appointments to see other houses after we sent her numerous homes he wanted to look at prior to his arrival. I could go on and on about how bad the whole experience was. I found Michelle online and read all her reviews (There were ALOT! All fantastic). Honestly god sent us an angel when I found Michelle. I have purchased many homes in my lifetime and I have NEVER meet a realtor who works as hard as Michelle. First of all, I cannot believe how much time she spent with my son. After contacting her, she spent everyday with him for the remainder of his trip. She took him everywhere in Austin. North, South, North West and downtown. My son had never been to Texas. Michelle was great to work with, she is very organized and professional. We appreciated her availability and quick responses to our questions and concerns. We were on a schedule to get the house sold and she was right there with us to stay on track. Michelle provided accurate market information and offered her professional opinion but was open to ours thoughts regarding our house and sale. It was easy to communicate with her and her team. Michelle promptly reached out to other agent for followup and feedback of showings.Two events stand out to us when working with Michelle that makes her a steps above the others. We had an unfortunate situation with our first buyer backing out, to no fault of ours or Michelle’s. Michelle provided support and got our house back on the market right away. She even came over to help re-stage the house as we were in the process of moving out and it was not in show mode. This was a stressful time, but Michelle remained positive, calm, and professional. She supported me by following up with a call to discuss the market and calm my worries. We were successful in getting another offer and closing quickly. Her team was efficient and provided lots of information throughout the closing process. We are very happy with our choice to work with Michelle and her team and would work with her again as well as recommend her to others.

It was my first time making a home purchase and Michelle could not have made the process any smoother- she was responsive, timely, informative, flexible, and understanding of all my needs. I can whole-heartily endorse Michelle Allen as a professional and responsive realtor. Her experience in the Austin market will be of value to anyone working with her. Having first utilized her services when I moved to Austin, I was impressed with her commitment, follow-through and consistent communication which continued after the sale. She went above and beyond to make my transition to Texas a smooth one and made me feel like she cared about negotiating with the builder as much as I did. Now, enlisting her help in selling my home, she once again has taken it upon herself to make the transition easy. She and her team made the whole process of listing, marketing, preparing for sale, negotiating terms and completing the closing go much faster than I had expected, with the sale happening within three days of listing and everything done in a matter of a few weeks, even in this slower market. My new home was ready a month earlier than expected with very little notice so time and sale terms were of the essence. She even helped by suggesting competent professionals to complete the needed repairs. My past experience in similar situations with others was that I needed to drive the process. That isn’t the case with Michelle!

We knew we were in great hands working with Michelle, as she had done such an amazing job selling my brother's house. Once again, she proved her "above and beyond" competence recently by selling roughly a third of an acre lot for us in Spicewood, TX. With Michelle's research and extensive leg work putting together a very detailed listing (including photos, maps, information about the property as well as surrounding area), the property sold within a few days. We were so thrilled, especially knowing similar lots in the area have been on the market for months.Michelle is extremely personable and a pleasure to work with.
